Pros

Good benefits, good opportunities to move between groups.

Cons

The company has been getting smaller, so there are fewer stable opportunities. Also there is a major youth movement, so it's more difficult to get in and to advance if you are over 35.

Pros

Great Team of technical people Competitive Pay Ethical Company

Cons

Management driven by dollars and cents - not by a vision of technology and products. I truly great company should balance both aspects.
