Pros

For competent and high-performing individuals, it's a great company to grow one's career. Of course, success comes at a price. TI has been around for a while, so many processes have stood the test of time. Expect to operate with best practices already defined before you,

Cons

It's no different from most companies of similar scope and size. Big ships can be slow to steer. TI has existed longer than most employees have been living. Employees must follow established protocols, and improving them is often an uphill battle.
