Work-Life balance

Pros

Engineering centered company that strives to innovate and win. Benefits package is competitive with industry standards. Opportunity to grow/develop in a variety of roles. Very talented employee base.

Cons

Difficult to find work-life balance since the company manufactures on a global 24/7 operation. While the company has a good profit-sharing program to compensate employees, it only does a mediocre job of rewarding high performers through it's pay-for-performance philosophy. Results don't translate to monetary recognition.

Too much politics

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, good perks, great training potential for training programs. However, many employees do not treat you with respect if you are in a training program.

Cons

major lack of work-life balance, lots of politics involved in the positions, lack of morale within the company. It seemed like everyone was over-worked, stressed and tired
