Pros

Overall great place to work. If you are doing an excellent job and build up some credit there are many different opportunities inside the company to move to and try out. Management more often than not tries to support your career goals or helps accommodating specific personal situations.

Cons

Org changes sometimes happen more often than I wish. Also history has shown that unexpected and drastic layoffs can happen anytime due to changes in corporate direction.

Pros

For the most part, coworkers and management are respectful. There are many opportunities outside of your actual role to be involved in interesting projects and meet others outside your work group.

Cons

Work/life balance is an illusion and the politics will make or break your career.

Pros

Tremendous focus and alignment. When TI is focussed and aligned there is nothing it cannot accomplish. Operational excellence is a key enabler. Excellent place to learn and contribute early in career.

Cons

Office politics just like any large company. Very large company so helpful to work for a strong leader. Mentorship is important.
