Good place to work

Pros

Excellent benefits, decent pay. Room to move around and grow if you wish. They do tend to promote from within when openings are available.

Cons

Layoff prone, as are all tech companies these days. A bit top heavy. Lots of managers and engineers, not really enough technicians and operators so those on the bottom have to hurry to keep up, which makes them prone to mistakes.

Pros

Great opportunities to move around into other job titles to offer yourself something new and challenging. Good competitive pay, good leaders, great managers, and awesome people! Everyone is willing to help you learn. Flexible work hours, if you do your work, your not asked to stay 9-5.

Cons

I dont have any cons to working here, truly.
