Great Company, the practice what they preach!

Salary, benefits, work life balance, senior management listens and responds to concerns, encourage community involvement, promote a safe work place and wonderful facilities!

Cons

Technology-but it’s improving! Vacation time versus sick time is somewhat antiquated, rather it be all PTO.

I work with great people who are very kind. I love that the company supports a culture of volunteering. There's always turnover in claims so there is great job security if you're willing to stick around.

Cons

The claim load for adjusters is too high. There is not enough time in the day to provide great customer service. It's almost like claims management is purposely setting us up to fail. The morale is low right now and it's only getting worse. Texas Mutual is becoming an unfavorable place to work.
