Pros

There are some amazing coworkers

Cons

Unmanageable workload. There are people who leave the office after an 8 hour shift only to go home and put another 3-4 hours. Some people feel like they have to work while they have to work while on vacation in order not to fall behind. Expectation of perfection. The "mutual care" model although important, most adjusters feel they do not have time to implement the strategies. Supervisors and management have no clue. Expectations are too subjective. Too much micromanagement. Your success will depend on what team you are on. Too much turn over. There are certain claims processes that very per team, all claims processes should be uniform.
