Pros

I worked at Texas Roadhouse a long time ago while I was going to school and after the economy took a dump, I lost my job. I remember what a fun place it was to work and that I made decent money there. So I went back for more. I am really enjoying myself again.

Cons

Tip out sucks, but it is a something you have to do at EVERY restaurant you work at. It is 3% of your total sales which is pretty standard.

Pros

This is a great place to work if you need something part time and want decent money. There is a great family atmosphere and a good corporate environment.

Cons

Server base pay is not the greatest. It sure does suck when you have a slow night where you make twenty bucks.

Pros

- Fun, laid back atmosphere - You make more money than you would in similar restaurants - Flexible hours

Cons

- Opportunities for advancement are rarely talked about - Management tends to fixate on the bottom line, not on their employees - During training you are told about all sorts of benefits and rewards, little are actually seen
