Newer truck and trailer Middle of the pay scale

Cons

NWA no terminal, drivers take trucks for all maintenance, poor communication, start time varies many hours, no reimbursements for company supply’s, give you uniforms and then charge you for them after leaving, take monies out of your check for things you didn’t approve, they discriminate

Cons

Trucks are in bad shape as well as trailers, breaks down are almost the norm, then you have to wait for split seat and it might not show up to 2 hours after your shift start time.
