      Good pay, plenty of work, late model equipment

      Cons

      Difficult to get put on the “good” accounts, during the day there’s tons of demurrage, everyone starts in the rolling DOT violations before moving into decent equipment

      Stress, constantly short staffed, unorganized, mandatory in person unpaid meetings, non competitive salary, scapegoat of the operation, rarely feel appreciated, constant calls to cover shifts, low accountability for mistakes.
