Pros

You are benefiting from reading this. Do not, under any circumstances, agree to a job here. False promises (aka politely referencing them lying) are prevelent during the interview process. No one will actually be able to train you, yet it is your fault when you do not adhere to the requirements (ever-changing) of the role. The exemplar of a company that exploits passionate educators and well meaning entry level executives to cover up the short comings of a terrible system.

Cons

You give up your right to be respected
