The people of this company care about the employees all the way up to the owner. So much thought it put into the impact the decisions make on the people that are in the customer facing positions and it really shows their value.

Cons

In a fast paced environment communication can be challenging and Texthelp is no stranger to that, but it's nothing out of the ordinary.
