Awful management. Decisions made from their level trickle down and they move on while we deal with the consequences.

This seems to be a career opportunity that would be great. To fit in with such a well known company, that has a strong growth in the local employment field where Jobs are not easy to find.

Cons

This is not a question I can answer without actually working for this company. All I know about Textron is what I have researched and have been sent to my e-mail. I believe working in an R&D company is a cutting edge placement with the ability to learn and grow
