- Company does a great job training new traders to become proficient in their role - Rewards production (Once an MIT graduates there are great bonuses and money to be made as an associate/senior merchant) - Strong outlook for growth in one's career (not even necessarily in just trading), you get the ability to move around to new roles somewhat - Company is large and stable for the future

Cons

- Large company - Not very many other cons I can think of

Cons

When I started working for this company it was family oriented, with support from management and teamwork. Towards the end it became very polital, everyone out for themselves and no communication with management.
