      Some of the most genuinely nicest and kind hearted family and original owners as well as coworkers in all areas of the company. Great company and employee morale as well as great benefits. Raises given to deserving hard working employees and great recognition to hard work. Value in employee ideas and feedback.

      None unless you consider being expected to work hard and efficient a con. Pull your weight and you will do great things here.

      Decent vacation time after becoming a full time employee

      Cons

      Not much chance for advancement. Supervisors treat employees like dogs. Once you hit your max salary it's hard to make more money.
