Very friendly staff felt like a very tight-knit community; customer base was very nice and had generally shopped at The Andersons for a while; manager was very open and flexible while I was still in school and had pretty tight restrictions on availability.

Cons

Process for hiring in my section was very slow, so under-staffing was a consistent problem.

Ok benefits. Close to home.

Cons

No advancement in the company. It feels like people get in a position and are stuck there forever. Promotions are given by can kiss butt the best, not by merit.
