Pros

Nice people to work with, a variety from all walks of life and different life stages. Supervisor was understanding of my class schedule and accommodated requests for time off. Company has many areas to branch out in, other than retail. Starting hourly salary was decent.

Cons

It would take a long time to work your way up, if you plan on staying with the company. Little positive recognition for job well done.
