Flexible scheduling... professional upper management key word "upper."

Cons

No office etiquette emphasis, under utilizes employee's skills, not female wage friendly. Hard to find contacts which make every day tasks ridiculous to effectively complete in a timely manner. This whole relying on the chain of comman aporoach is a huge handicap for The Andersons, Inc. I could go on and on... It's too bad...

Pros

Good office envirnoment and nice people to work with. They are pretty flexible with scheduling. They have several different divisions with different types of jobs so there is a good variety of work.

Cons

Older systems that do not communicate. In the process of upgrading but will be a couple year process. Not very good with career development and sucession planning.
