Pros
Good place to work if you don't need money, if you're a bored housewife or high school student. If you can afford to shop there but would like the 10% employee discount.
Cons
Raises are few and far between and seem to be based on something besides hard work & filling in for people who call off. There's some mysterious coding system used to figure out raises & promotions. They barely squeak past minimum wage increases after working there for years. Some employees can get away with doing nothing while others pick up their slack. Many employees are unprofessional and go as far as personally attacking each other which creates a hostile work environment.
