The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming while efficiency is also important. The staff is professional, hardworking and understanding of requests for time off.

Cons

It offers limited upward mobility and there is a limited amount of growth. Due to the small size of the company a management position is tough to attain.

Good atmosphere and interaction with co workers. Ability for promotion and flexibility with schedule. Interesting work and training is provided.

Cons

A lot of politics on the job. Some people get promotions when they should not. Hours are sometimes not flexible.
