Pros

Solid business. Always busy. Always will be. So, money is very good. Money is consistent and predictable.

Cons

Owner makes promises her managers strip away. Servers are always wrong and always at fault. Always. Managers accept zero responsibility for the function of the business. They demean and demoralize until they chase you away. There will always be someone to take your place and that's how you're treated. Their model for staff management is always "punitive".

Great place to work

Pros

Management is super understanding and treats you like family. Usually there are shifts you can pick up and you can get as much overtime as you want in the month of December. They also feed their employees really well.

Cons

Work can get really stressful at such a fast pace. Most of the higher management don't understand what it's like working as the lowest guy on the totem pole so expectations can sometimes be unrealistic
