They bring the people in, steak sells itself, your job is to simply take care of the guest! Great teamwork from colleagues.

Cons

There is intensive side work, turnover is better than most restaurants, but still on higher end.

Very good training. Professional environment. The business of food service is taken very seriously. Customer service is number one priority.

Cons

Worked catering staff, schedule and hours never certain but it's part of the job with large temp staff.
