Complete lack of communication or training, no integrity from management they are constantly trying to just make it work with out regards to safe food handling practices or even following their own guide lines. I was hired full time but for the past few weeks its been slow and I have only been scheduled 15 hours but they kept telling me during busy times I would be expected to work 70+ hours.
