      Pros

      Managment, owner and Co-workers are great. Good money when the season is right Flexible Schedule

      Cons

      slow during the spring and summer months A lot of side work that really should not be done by the servers heavy cast iron skillets and trays no autograt and lots of customers that are still paying 10-15% regardless of amazing service

      Good tips before 8pm. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Horrible hours, impossible to get shift coverage or days off, management is a nightmare, no sympathy for any personal issues, servers get blamed for everything and anything, you get punished by doing dishes which causes tension with the back of house , management degrades you if you do something wrong, the better servers are chased away by the slower/incompetent servers getting away with everything and anything,
