Pros
great staff, hard working group, they have to put up with a lot of nonsense from management
Cons
management is lazy, sits in their office all night, you can never find them when you need them, they are very condescending in tone as punishment they pull you to wash dishes, which creates tension between front of the house staff and back of the house, 15 min of dish time on top of loads of side work they are definitly in violation of the tipped employee 20% rule, where beyond guess service tipped employees may only do 20% more work
