      Pros

      BKS was a great place to work. No two days were exactly the same, and a varying set of projects kept me engaged. This is a company that cares about you as a person and not just your labor. A wonderful group of people and engaging work.

      Pros

      This company treats its employees well, has competitive pay, and decent benefits. The leadership truly cares about the company as well as the colleague base. They have very competent leadership, and care about individual's professional development

      Cons

      I haven't really come across any cons. I think that the company is really great. Location is great as well.
