The workload can be daunting and outright overwhelming if you are not organized and systematic in how you approach your day. It is difficult to make lateral moves to different departments unless you know a higher up in that department that can advocate for you. Training is not very good at all. If you do not have a good understanding of insurance and the agency management system coming in, you may struggle as training for the system and the agency's processes is done over a period of days and you are then provided with a process manual that is very confusing that is meant to guide you from there. Technology and hardware are not the greatest. Expect to have multiple days in a week where you are booted out of the system or where your computer will do some unexplainable things. Processes are not as streamlined as they could be. Management is a mixed bag. Some are fantastic human beings and leaders others are not so great. If you are not self-sufficient or if you need constant guidance or direction your journey may be difficult.

Claims to be inclusive but you can take one look at the company leadership on the website and find that this is false. The lack of diversity is appalling and nepotism is rampant. If you are looking for a place to have a long term career - stay away.
