      Unlimited PTO when you’re not afraid of using it, direct manager who goes above and beyond for their team, open communication within most departments, teamwork and collaboration

      Cons

      Upper management rolling out new processes without having a clear vision on how to effectively operate. Rolling out MULTIPLE processes at one time with a figure it out mentality. Employee retention. No annual raise each year. Overworked and underpaid. End of the year reviews with no benefit from your success. No room for growth.
