      The people that you work with as they are all trying to survive!

      Cons

      Its all about their numbers and how much work they can pile on you, without replacing individuals who just got let go or resigned! If you were trying to grow before, now you don't have time to take any courses! Unlimited PTO, ok! Who is doing your work? No time to take it....or feel guilty to take time off! It's the hardest I have ever worked and I am older.

      Pros

      The people are one of the best parts of working here. I’ve been able to work on projects that feel meaningful and take on responsibility that helps me develop in my career. The company is changing quickly, so things can move fast, but that also creates opportunities to learn and be involved in a lot.
