      Pros

      The culture is amazing here! My onboarding experience was great. They were very prepared and had my 1st two weeks completely scheduled making sure I met all the department heads so I truly understood what our firm does. If you are looking for a place to grow and learn alongside some very welcoming teammates, this is the place to be!

      -Amazing Company culture. They claim to care about their employees, which in reality is completely true. Many programs are put in place for the employee wellness -Great team support -Fast Growing, so a lot of opportunity to advance -Wide Variety of ages in the office. -Bonuses and Summer PTO -Opportunity to learn a lot about the industry very quickly
