Pros

Putting aside the snack cart that comes around at 3pm with free healthy snacks and the awesome coffee, tea and other drink selections, I would have to say that it is the environment. The people are fabulous, everyone works as a team and eager to assist. I have been very impressed with the Intellectual Capital. These guys know their business and are truly forward thinking Insurance Professionals. Management does not feel or act like management, they are all genuine, including the owner/partners. Company trips for all to Astros Games and more.

Cons

Galleria Traffic, really, that is all I can think of.

Pros

The people, the culture, the clients and partners are all awesome! I am impressed on how everyone walks the walk. If you are smart, hard working and love a challenge, you will thrive here!

Cons

Fast pace environment isn't for everyone. I love it but I have seen some new colleagues be overwhelmed if they just want to clock in and get a paycheck
