      Very promising in the beginning with instability towards the end

      Pros

      First few years, there was a lot of autonomy to learn new tools on the job and improve processes. Always encourages to pursue continuous improvement. Growth was fast the 12-18 months, received promotions and bonuses.

      Cons

      After initial hiring push, career growth really slowed down. No bonuses and only received small merit increases. Lot of restructuring and instability starting in 2024.
