Honestly, not a whole lot of bad things to say. But to name a few, there is absolutely no secrets ever.. Anything you say to anyone will get sent to your boss before you even get to work the next day. If you want to grow, there is definitely a path but more for the type of people willing to wait 5-10 years between leaps. Another thing... as someone who loves thinking outside the box & being creative, they make it pretty clear that they don't want that. I've been told numerous times that doing so will give the next person such high standards to live up to. To me, that's how a company continues to get better but I do understand the intend...

Management pretends to be part of this big "family" but in reality, they're the worst of the worst. Pay and bonuses are terrible (negotiate high coming in because you'll not see much of an increase from there). Most employees are doing a minimum of two, if not three or four, jobs. The environment is cut-throat and management will throw you under the bus without a second thought.
