      Pros

      Get to help others achieve fitness and health goals.

      Cons

      The work environment is toxic. The Bay Club is owned by a large investment firm and at the end of the day they just worry about making a profit and not doing what is best for the clients or employee health, safety or happiness.

      Free membership and that’s about it

      Cons

      The list is long. Fear management style. From the top down Constantly told you aren’t working hard enough Positive reviews are required No structure No work life balance. Goals can change daily. No development The company Does not care about you. Will work you into the ground as your salary will be worth minimum wage. Would recommend not moving up. Was a regretful decision. Unlimited vacation as a perk, but you aren’t allowed to take any and retaliated against if you do.

      Still open during pandemic, good locations, higher end facilities

      Cons

      Low pay, undervalue their employees, favoritism, gap between upper management and employees. Little to no employee input. Charging members higher or same rates, but have dropped compensation to the point most wont be able to continue working there.
