This company does not appreciate or respect their part-time workers. They are taken for granted, never given raises and are treated like we are a nuisance when we ask for benefits. The company also loves to brag about their "female leadership". What they don't reveal is the fact that they are paid less than their male counterparts while they undermine each other.
