Management that was not my direct supervisor/manager = awful. They did not care about us and almost didn't seem like they cared much about the members either with their lack of efficient and well thought out actions and the lack of feedback that they take in from employees or members. It was all about making money without doing the work first. They also did not give recognition to the people who worked the hardest to make the Club run. They expected us to make this place out whole lives without any consideration for out personal circumstances. Slippery shower floors, be careful, I have fallen.

The company only cares about making money. Very high stress. Work 6-7 days a week. Make up goals for you to hit and then use fear management if you don’t hit them. Senior leadership treats you like you don’t work. No structure No pay raises Very negative culture Message is always changing
