Pros

You get to have a real impact in Boston. The institution is probably the most dynamic and interesting community foundation in the US.

Cons

Limited Opportunities for Advancement. Because the institution is such a highly desirable place to work many people stay for a long time which limits opportunities for promotions and advancement.
