Business Outlook
Pros
Wonderful group of people to work with, provides opportunities to mentor and give back to the community. Business casual dress code, and the team I worked with was more work family than co-workers. I am still in contact with a number of them. Great group of people to work with. When I worked there the benefits were excellent, the dental insurance paid for braces for minor children and adults.
Cons
The pay is not high; however, it is a non profit agency. The pro's outweigh the con's. Although I left for advancement reasons, there are a lot of times I miss working there. Unless you a Master or Licensed Social Worker there is not a lot of room for advancement.
