Pros

Good pay for a non-licensed position. Supervisors were available to answer questions. Some of the trainings were good. Multiple levels of care for clients through the organization.

Cons

Since you are on salary, you have to work about 50 hours a week to meet your "productivity" totals.

Pros

Amazing benefits, good starting pay, great experience opportunity. A very challenging company. I worked here for 2.5 years. Moved from youth leader to senior youth leader to clerical staff.

Cons

The management structure at the time that I worked there was slightly lacking. There is a lot of pettiness in the staff. There is a lot of physical risk as a youth leader.
