      The mission is incredible and they really do a lot of good

      The hours are unreasonably long mainly due to inadequate staffing and overall lack of real management

      Salary is very low, management is very poor, not allowed to have a bad day without being expected to explain why even when very personal, allowed manager to continously ask inappropriate personal questions and give unsolicited mental health advice. HR told me I didn't care about the kids because I didn't want to share my personal life with my immediate manager. Very far from compassionate management and HR. Worked there for 7 months and had 5 scedual changes within that time making it very difficult to make any kind of plans for personal life.
