Salary Flexible schedule Great front line staff

Cons

Management is unresponsive and only concerned with themselves. Supervision is a joke and there is no support to complete task. There is very little collaboration especially if you are different than others. There is no desire to learn the needs of the staff and how to effectively lead. Policy does not lead people….people do. Management has an inflated sense of self and does not value every member of the team.
