      Pros

      The 40% employee discount is amazing, and they have promos once a month for GWP's and 60% off of select brands! If you know how to sell, you'll fill up your closet quick! I got hired on while I was a sophomore in college and my manager was extremely flexible with my schedule. I ended up doing the internship and learned more about management and development than I ever could anywhere else. Buckle is an AMAZING company to work for if you have the right boss and floor leaders in place. I know I'll take everything I've learned with me and make the best of it! Working for this company is 100% what you make it, remember that, and you can be so successful! The benefits are awesome!

      Cons

      -I was making just about as much as the MT's working part time. If I had opted for the MT program, I wouldn't have seen much of a difference in pay whatsoever. -The work-life balance is pretty bad too, much like any other retail job. -A lot of work for not a lot of money, enjoy the job for the guest experience! You're better off working at Nordstrom if you want a better paycheck.

      Cons

      Horrible managers. The store manager I worked for had at least 3 open HR issues against him- The district manager did come down to check on the issues but only talked to one other person. That person did tell the DM everything that was going on but the district manger did not believe her (because the store was making plan). I was lied to on my pay, hours, and 401k benefits. They also dont care about turn over rates
