      Love the job, hate the workplace politics and pay.

      Pros

      You gain so much experience to put on a resumé. A little bit of everything goes into this job, and it will give you a leg up for any future interview. 40% product discount. Just a really cool job, I design clothes!! Good mentors. 9-5 weekday hours. Casual workplace dress. You make good connections in the industry

      Cons

      The pay SUCKS. Been there 4 years and barely making $19/hour. It’s a joke if they think this can go on long term, and then wonder why they have such high turnover. It’s like 50 girls, so it’s a bunch of petty drama all the time. The favorites are the ones who travel, and only the girls that work on tops get promoted. The upper management make you feel like you need to have Botox and a boob job to get ahead, and have terrible body image. It’s rubs off and makes being there feel toxic and like you aren’t good enough after a while.

      Way too much drama. This company will use you and make you feel like you can’t do better. Very unprofessional and everyone is dramatic. I wasted my time don’t do the same. Also they force you to shove product and dumb credit cards up every customers butt. Pay is literally 7.50 + 3% commission for sales Hours suck Forced and awkward interactions
