discount on the clothing, education in different areas of running a business, benefits offered at full time

Cons

The company doesn't support or encourage individuality within managers and how they lead their team. Expect you to churn out cookie cutter molds of what they are looking for in a team, rather than foster individuality and growth. If you are manager that is innovative, believes in building on teammates strengths as well as weakness, or isn't able to drink the kool-aid, stay far far away.

Honestly the people make going to work fun. It is great when you have an amazing team to work with.

Cons

Management is horrible. There is a playbook that they do not like to divert from. Even if you have great people skills and use your own way to hit sales goals, if you diverted from the playbook, they look down on you. Managers like to micromanage . There is a reason there is the "Buckle Challenge".
