Shark sales. They breed a specific sales style

Not enough people of color, not enough people with different body types working there. I am a size 8 and my manager always called me curvy. I was the “biggest” girl working there and I’m not even big. I was the only person of color that the manager would hire. She would only interview tall skinny white blondes. I was fired on the sales floor 5 times and the manager lied about it when it was all on camera. The manager at the location I worked is friends with someone very high up (and I only knew this because she would always tell us about the vacations they would go on) Let’s just say what happened was major conflict of interest. I’d never recommend anyone to work for this company. And I’ll make sure to tell everyone my experience.
