Base pay is fairly low and it is very hard to make money during slow times of the year.

Competitive pay Leadership development Amazing mentors and training Fashion is fun! Travel experiences... Gained a lot of management experience and customer service especially. CEO and other managers are lovely.

Cons

Way overworked, they push you to always reach for the higher targets and be better everyday at every aspect of business, unfortunately it ends up feeling like you will never reach success and then you end up being overworked and under paid for the hours and true effort. The bar is always being raised as soon as you reach a goal. So much time and life experiences missed And they are very strict with full time hours.
