      Pros

      I met some really great friends while working st the buckle, the discount is great 40%, the creativity aloud in visual merchandising is fun too!!

      Cons

      The culture try's so hard to be fun and professional at the same time but the inconsistency while working at buckle was extremely frustrating. To be a good employee you basically have to be extremely flexible with your schedule and it is just not worth the pay that comes with working weekends and nights

      Pros

      Stumbling upon Buckle was one of my best decisions ever. There is an amazing work to home balance, flexible schedule, awesome discount and amazing career advancement opportunities. I work at a store with an area manager as our store manager and he and my district manager are completely invested in my advancement. I started out as a leader in training and was promoted in less than a year all the way up to assistant manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes the commission aspect of the job can be stressful but if you work hard enough your pay can be amazing.

      Discount is the only pro honestly

      If you are a straight male, it is a very biased work environment against you. People here expect you to prance around like a little girl handing out clothes nobody wants, the people here make garbage pay. Not fun at all way too strict on policies. It’s funny because it’s not a real job but every loser there takes it so seriously.
