      Excellent benefits, somewhat 'flexible' schedule for corporate office employees

      Cons

      Lots of micromanaging, executives are aging and still stuck in the decades where brick & mortar was king. Recognizing talent and experience within teams that don't consist of executive level teammates, is driving teammates to seek other opportunities where they are valued.

      I've been with Buckle for about a year, and I have to say this company is just absolutely amazing. I've worked for a few other retailers, but this company just has it together and they are never slowing down in the game! They are constantly changing and adapting to the industry, and they really do take care of their people first! I have learned more with this company in a year than I ever thought possible and I still LOVE my job!

      Besides the general retail hours, I mean it when I say this company is absolutely amazing to be a part of!
