Pros

It is a place where you can grow but they constantly add more and more things that you have to do that are well from within your reach and eventually you will end up leaving because of it

Cons

The pay isn't good most of your areas and district managers will lie to you in order to keep you around until they no longer need you

Pros

Meeting new people. Making 3% commission on everything. Create projects during down time. 40% off of merchandise. Move up in the company fairly quick.

Cons

Standing on your feet for long periods of time. Accountable to sell one denim per hour and $150 an hour to maintain a decent paycheck. Hourly wage before commission is around $5.50. No etiquette as to how sales are portioned among the teammates. Must show product to every guest. Step out of your comfort zone to make such little pay.
