Pros
MT program is great and you learn a lot about customer service and leading a team. MT program is very rewarding and leaves a lot of room for advancement. Buckle is a great place to work if you are serious about a retail career and are willing to put in the effort. Great work/life balance and a lot of travel opportunity. Receive great support from all managers
Cons
Very few downsides, if you're willing to put in hard work you will get the recognition you deserve. It can be a difficult job if you're not looking to make retail a career or don't have a passion for retail but it is still very motivating and supportive work environment even in a part time sales position. Higher pay for MT position would be one of the few suggestions.
